Cue Meditation Through Sight & Hearing

With cue meditation, the body can go into almost an involuntary state of meditation when one listens to certain forms of audio content while visually focusing on some focal point with feet planted firmly on the ground.  Before one can perform cue meditation in this way, the body has to be conditioned to have certain involuntary physical responses to certain cues.

How Cue Meditation Can Be Performed

Cue meditation can be performed by sitting stationary in a chair with feet planted firmly on the ground while having some focal point to visually focus on and also having certain forms of audio content to listen to.  Visually focusing on the focal point while listening to the audio content can draw one in, causing them to go into a state of meditation.
